I found Beach Bay Hotel Muscat to be a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to several dining options. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of renovation, with cleanliness issues that stood out during my stay.

The Deluxe Double room I stayed in was spacious, but it had its downsides. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom setup wasn't very accessible, particularly the high shower. I also had to request extra supplies for my stay since they only provided amenities for one person, which was disappointing.

I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, which was a positive aspect of my stay. They were helpful when I needed assistance, although my check-in process took longer than expected, with a 15-minute wait.

The hotel is situated in an really good location, just a short walk from Al Qurrum Beach and several outdoor restaurants. I really enjoyed having so many dining options nearby, including a familiar fast-food spot if I wanted something quick.

I found the Beach Bay Hotel's location by the sea absolutely stunning. but the hotel itself needs a renovation. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of my room and the hotel overall left much to be desired. The breakfast selection was limited but adequate for my needs.

I enjoyed my stay at Beach Bay Hotel in Muscat thanks to its excellent location near the beach and helpful staff. However, the hotel definitely needs some renovations, as the rooms were a bit tired and cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The breakfast selection was limited, and I found it surprising that payments were only accepted in cash.
